MEIRA Qatar Chapter Meeting

We are excited to announce the first Qatar Chapter meeting of the year, taking place on the 21st of May at the Waldorf Astoria from 8:30 to 10:00. The event will be opened by a breakfast networking event and will be followed by a presentation from Paolo Casamassima, CEO at MEIRA and Andreas Goldau, former Head of IR at Ooredoo Qatar, discussing the newest addition to MEIRA's Membership, the IR Marketplace and the upcoming Annual Conference, scheduled to take place in December, in Abu Dhabi.

Following the event will feature a presentation from Nicolas Roberts, Senior Director - Head of MENA Capital Markets at APCO, on the topic of "Improving the Level of Disclosure to Better Enable Long-Term Value Creation and Price Discovery." Nicolas has over 20 years of experience as a sell-side analyst and investor relations officer, across developed and emerging markets with IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity issuances, capital allocation policy analysis, new market entry, strategic and crisis communications. Prior to joining APCO, Nicolas worked as Vice President, Investor Relations at both ADNOC Drilling and Al Yah Satellite Communications a subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company in Abu Dhabi.
