MEIRA Oman Chapter Meeting

We are excited to announce our first Oman Chapter meeting of the year, taking place on the 1st of May at Omantel Headquarters from 10:00 to 13:00.

The event will begin with a presentation by Omantel CFO, Mr. Ghassan Al Hashar, who will discuss "The importance of the Investor Relations function in communicating with institutional investors" and highlight some aspects of "Omantel IR program and Equity Story." The presentation will also emphasize how Investor Relations can foster transparency and communication with investors, and how effective IR practices, especially in ESG disclosures, can boost a company's International presence.

After, we will be joined by two incredible speakers. Charles Myers, Chairman and Founder of Signum Global Advisors will be covering the topic of "Geopolitics & Macro", and discussing policy agendas and announcements which may impact issuers' operations in 2024. Following, Alaa Badawi, Associate Partner at Instinctif will be covering "Latest developments around ESG for IROs"

Seats are limited and will be confirmed on a first-come-first-serve basis to MEIRA members only.
