Andreas is the founding member and managing partner of Embera Partners. He has +20 years’ experience in financial advisory with a key focus on M&A, Corporate Governance and ESG. He previously held leadership positions at S&P Global, IHS Markit, Ipreo and CapitalBridge.

Andreas is a recognized speaker and expert in data-driven investor advisory in standard investor relations context, complex situations around public tender offers, restructurings, shareholder activist campaigns as well as corporate governance and ESG best-practices. Oxana is a seasoned sustainability leader with extensive experience in ESG-related transactions for banks, financial institutions, and large corporates, as well as advising on policy frameworks for financial regulators. She specializes in guiding the Net Zero journey, implementing and advising on ESG frameworks, conducting materiality assessments, and designing sustainability strategies, targets, and KPIs. Oxana's background includes working with leading financial institutions such as National Australia Bank, UBS, MUFG, and Sberbank across markets in the UK, Australia, EU, and the Middle East. She holds an MSc in Mathematics, an MBA, an Oxford Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation, and a Sustainable Development Certificate from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Svenja is a distinguished sustainability professional and Senior Responsible Investment & Sustainability Advisor at Sustainable Square, a Dubai-based consulting firm that is a UNPRI signatory. She holds a Master of Science in International Sustainability Management. With deep expertise in sustainability reporting, responsible investment practices, and ESG integration, Svenja has significantly impacted the sustainability landscape in the GCC region. Her work ensures that clients align with global frameworks like GRI and the SDGs, driving positive change across economies, environments, and societies. A GRI-certified practitioner and holder of the CFA Institute's ESG Investing certificate, Svenja has also shared her insights at prestigious forums, including COP28 in Dubai. She has conducted workshops on the SDG goals for over 100 participants and hosted corporate workshops across more than 10 companies, making her a pivotal voice in sustainable development.
