The event will start with a presentation by Amani Korayeim, Director, Europe/Emerging EMEA – II Research. Amani will explore "IR Best Practices," focusing on the evolving landscape, increased pressures, and the diversification of the function. Following, Andy Parnis, Managing Director at Teneo, will guide us through "Refreshing an equity story and then running a best-in-class investor event."

After Sophie Schmitt, Director Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa at Notified, on the topic of the year: "AI and IR: Disruption and Opportunity," highlighting how artificial intelligence is reshaping investor relations. Then, be inspired by Andrey Kozhevnikov, CEO at Fanda, who will explore "Unveiling Reporting Trends: The Emergence of Digital Reporting."

Amani Korayem

Amani Korayeim is the Director, II Research Europe & EMEA. She oversees key client relationships, strategic partnerships and the launch of new research products as well as the expansion into new markets. She works closely with IR and executive management teams, running capability assessment workshops to help inform and drive IR outreach strategies. Before joining lnstitutional lnvestor, Amani worked in the business information sector providing research based advisory services to professional services companies on global mandates. She has spent the last 11 years in the IR space and speaks regularly at IR events focused on global trends in IR, outreach optimisation and the impact of new regulations. Amani obtained the Certificate of Investor Relations (CIR) from the UKIRS and is currently studying for the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing

Andy Parnis

Andy Parnis

Managing Director of Teneo Holdings

Andy is a Managing Director at Teneo with 18 years’ experience. He specialises in working with multinational EMEA companies on all aspects of financial/capital markets communications and investor relations.

Since relocating to the Gulf, Andy has advised ADNOC Drilling and Fertiglobe on their IPOs on ADX and currently provides investor relations and financial communications advice to both companies post listing. Other client experience includes ADNOC, Network International, TAQA, Emirates REIT and BT Group. Previously, he was at Finsbury in London where he was a Managing Director in the Capital Markets practice and Head of the Technology, Media and Telecoms team. In his role, he advised on several IPOs and complex M&A transactions including SoftBank’s acquisition of ARM Holdings plc, the merger of Virgin Media / O2 and the merger of Viacom / CBS whilst on secondment to the New York office. Other clients included Liberty Global, ITV, Siapem, VEON and Snam.

Prior to moving into strategic communications, Andy spent nine years as an equity analyst at UBS and Lehman Brothers and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte. Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Politics from the University of Bristol, England.
