    Senior Responsible Finance and Sustainability Advisor at Sustainable Square

    Rach’s expertise is focused on financial institutions, mainly banks, from across the Gulf region. She has deep knowledge of topics relating to sustainable finance, sustainable investing, and different reporting frameworks.
    As an advisor, she worked on GRI reporting, gap analysis, and materiality assessment exercises, which included integrating standard reporting disclosures with industry and national specific sustainability frameworks and guidelines. Rach is currently the leading advisor for researching and developing Sustainable Square's methodology and approach to materiality and has supported several clients in adopting the practice, build capacity, and completing materiality assessments.
    Her experience working in multinational teams and in different locations - Tunisia, Switzerland, UAE - has helped her to acquire proficient client management and engagement skills.
    As a senior consultant, she has excelled in designing and leading numerous workshops and training sessions on ESG reporting and integration across the financial sector and other industries. Notably, she recently conducted a webinar in collaboration with the ISSB to discuss IFRS Sustainability Standards.
