Sara Shadid is the Founder and CEO of Pivot Advisory, leveraging over 16 years of expertise in capital markets, investor relations, and corporate communications. She has held pivotal roles in UAE-listed companies, including Arabtec Holding and Amanat Holdings, where she developed investor relations strategies, led ESG initiatives, and executed corporate transformations.

At Amanat Holdings, Sara led the company’s rebrand and strategic communication efforts, while at Arabtec, she contributed to a successful rights issue and the company’s return to profitability. Her extensive sell-side experience includes key roles at Renaissance Capital, Beltone Financial, and CI Capital, where she advanced equity capital market strategies across MENA.

Sara holds a BA in Political and International Studies with Media and Cultural Studies from Middlesex University, London. A Certified Board Secretary with deep governance expertise, she is committed to sustainability and delivering strategic impact.
