Mark’s vision for OpenExchange is driven by his ability to see where traditional financial services are enhanced by technological advancements. He was previously CEO of Soundview Technology Group and, through its acquisition of Soundview, an EVP of Charles Schwab Corp. Before Soundview,

Mark was the head of investment banking of the firm’s predecessor, Wit Capital. Earlier in his career, he was with Smith Barney, and was president of Smith Barney Pacific, head of global equity sales and head of equity capital markets.

Senior Associate, Issuer Services at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG)
Patrick is a Senior Associate in the London Stock Exchange’s Issuer Services team. Patrick engages on a daily basis with IR professionals with London-listed companies and other global corporates to support the effectiveness public companies’ IR, sustainability, and corporate treasury functions. Prior to joining the London Stock Exchange, Patrick held roles in strategic communications advising private capital clients and global asset managers, as well as commercial and private banking.
